Another page from the Big Science saga! I drew the backgrounds and the ending position for the characters, then the whole team would get involved. Mitchell Rose drew the animation key frames, Winnie O'Brien did the paper animation (with amazing speed!), and Ian Starr did the scanning and coloring. In the meantime, I would ink, scan and color the background. When it was all done, Ian and I would synch the animation to the sound track. It's more work than it looks like!
