My first work as an Art Director was 1995's Juilliard Music Adventure, for Theatrix Interactive. Aside from assembling and leading the art team, I did most of the character design, developed the background layouts, and created a lot of the incidental art. This is one of those pieces - the little glowing things would dance around to the music the player had created. The little sleeping clown is "Fiddle".
