In some ways this version is a bit more successful than the final painting. I love the airbrushed foliage, and it seems like the plant woman's spikes are sharper. On the other hand, I like the face and richness of color in the redone oil version.
You can tell this one is a few years old, as it still sports my old signature. That, at least, I'm sure about - I like the new one better!
