This is from the Mystical Empire Collectible Card Game. I've currently done about 15 cards for them, and I like this series because I usually get to do whatever I like for the illustration, as long as it matches the card name and properties. In this case the "Change Fate" allows you to look at some hidden cards, so this is what came to mind.
