This piece is from an upcoming book from Quarto Press: the Fantasy Artist's Reference book. This book will have lots of Fantasy-based photos to use as reference, and a number of sketches to give an idea of how to use them. This looks to be a very nifty volume, and it will be available soon at fine bookstores everywhere.
